I created a new account with the subdomain develop-bogdata.epizy.com but it doesn’t seem to be working. I tried to close the account and reactivate again but with no success. Any idea what’s going on?

Never mind it started working now - looks like it just took a very long time, thanks.
It can take up to 72 hours for a new domain to start working.
