domain doesn’t connect to the right servers. I redirected it to : ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com as the information provided but it is connected to any when I use the command ping on my command prompt, I get this address 199.59.243.220 that I think is just generic when is not connect to any server from infinityfree

Your nameservers are correct, and your domain is connected to your account, but it looks like the system never assigned the domain an IP.
To fix this, open the control panel, select “Addon Domains”, remove the domain and add it back again. Then wait a few hours and try visiting the website again.
