They can’t; not on request anyways. You have to deactivate the hosting account yourself in your client area. After 60 days, it’ll be deleted permanently.

If you check your client area, you will see the following:
It clearly says here that we cannot and will not delete delete accounts earlier, and that you should not submit requests to make an exception.
What were you hoping to achieve with this topic? That we would somehow take pity on you or pride your confidence in ignoring our instructions and accept your request?
