Deleted account problem.

Hello, I made this website in Jan 28th 2018. (qdpa2018.rf.gd)
However, my previous account was automatically deleted since the account was not used for 90 days…

I made my new account today but I can not access to manage this site…

Can I get a help for this problem?
If it is not possible, could you delete the “qdpa2018.rf.gd” site? Then, I can make the same site again with new account.

I hope to get a help very sincerely!

I contacted to iFastnet support and they let me know the account and password for the website.
