hi there. i have added a domain to my cpanel in past and i deleted it and used for other hosting after a while. now there is some folders in file manager that cant be deleted.
message: 550 Can’t remove directory: Permission denied in filezilla and same in online manager. where is the problem how to delete those?
Which folder are you trying to delete?
by the way You cannot remove domain folder, htdoces folder and anything outside it.

Like i said. folders outside htdoces won’t remove by regular users.
