Disk Quota Exceeded and Inode Limit

So I have been trying to upload files through FTP client but there is the error message
‘550 Can’t create directory: Disk quota exceeded’

I learned that this is related to the inode limit. The files I need to upload are around 40k (over the 30k limit). But strangely in the CPanel, it shows
0 % (6 of 30019)

Anyone encountered similar scenario before? Thanks !!!

Inode counter is always lagging.
Pls delete excess files or upgrade to premium hosting.
