I have Changed my DNS servers because Infinityfree does not display my website properly. There is also no help to solve this problem. there biggest problem is when they say my domain is suspended. They sent me to the page where they want to display a bunch of adverts. I am not even interested because I do not trust any service from them. Can the administrator be aware that I want my domain to be free so that I will direct it to other nameservers.
When did you change the nameservers or add the domain to your account (whichever was last)? If it was quite recent, note that it can take anywhere between three minutes and three days for the changes to be visible due to a process called DNS propagation.
