I used Cmd+Shift+C as I tried on Chrome on Mac to open the inspector, BTW, and it opened the same. I also suggest to put other security defenses for that combination of keys, so that it won’t even open using those keys.

Developers play with I-E to debug stuff.

No, you can’t add PHP codes on HTML files. You must use a .php file for that.

Php is backend , that cannot make pages with live effects unlike JS, but that can also connect to database and alter it
