I’ve just setup nameserver and CNAME records on my domain’s provider’s control panel.
Should I simply wait for propagation, in order to be able to install a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate, or do you see some issues in the configuration?

Your domain shd be ready soon.
Your SSL cert shd be ready shortly as well (unless ur CNAME record is wrong)
Your domain name is using our nameservers, which means that any settings related to DNS records have to be set through our control panel.
Yes, your domain provider also offers a menu to set DNS records. But those only control the DNS records present in the nameservers of your domain provider, and you’re not using those nameservers.
