Download stuck at 9.6 mb wordpress backup

Dear Admin,

I did not able to download any files from my site because while downloading it always stucks at 9.6 mb whether it is a backup or any other files from my site’s url
PLEASE HELP

Please note that there is a file size limit of 10 MB on free hosting, and that most PHP scripts (including our file managers, WordPress’ export tool and any third party backup plugins you may have installed) are unable to handle large archives due to memory issues and script execution timeouts.

The most reliable way to backup any website of any website is to simply download the files over FTP and export the database through phpMyAdmin:
