Error 1016 Origin DNS error

my website is sajedulislam.me
i recently connected my website with cloud-flare and also did all that required but at the end i get a “Error 1016 Origin DNS error”
can you please help me fixing this error

First of all, you just need to create a new topic for this, you don’t need to append it to another discussion as well (that reply has been deleted).

The reason you see this error is because you enabled Cloudflare by changing your nameservers but also enabled Cloudflare in your control panel here. Both the nameservers method and control panel methods work fine to enable Cloudflare, but never use both at the same time (or you get this error).

To fix this, you can do one of the following:

  • Change your nameservers back to the InfinityFree nameservers and only use the control panel Cloudflare method.
  • Disable Cloudflare in the control panel and fix any broken DNS records in Cloudflare.
  • If you don’t know how to fix the DNS records in Cloudflare, you can also disable Cloudflare from the control panel, move your domain back to our nameservers, and then delete the domain from Cloudflare. Then, wait for at least 48 hours, and then add the domain to Cloudflare again (DON’T re-enable Cloudflare through the control panel). Cloudflare should be able to figure out the correct DNS records for your domain now.

thanks for the help :slight_smile: and it is working now :slight_smile:
but still showing some problems like when i load the site it is showing https://sajedulislam.me but the hamburger menu says “Connection Is Not Secure. parts of this page are not secure (such as image)”.
can you please help me solving this error

The error is caused by the images in your header using http:// links rather than https:// links. You can read more about that here: https://infinityfree.net/support/how-to-make-your-website-use-https
