Its a pretty simple process.
@justinexclaim you must have an idea of what you used as your db login information when signing up and if not then just create another one while making note of the details carefully.
Once you confirm on your email with the link use phpMyAdmin to access your db.

I get this error:
#1046 - No database selected
To be clear, I opened the sql file, and copied/pasted the contents in the sql area of phpmyadmin.
I have put the name of the new database into the very top part
– Database: mydatabasename
