Error establishing a database connection

this error appears when I try to access my site:
" This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at sql102.byetcluster.com. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

  • Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
  • Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
  • Are you sure the database server is running? "
    I read some topics on the subject but none of the solutions presented solved the problem
    neither the website is working nor i am able to login into wordpress admin panel.

Hmm, the database was down like a few mins ago. It seems back now, does it still happen for you?
