Error in chat.js and chat_1.png

Hello, I’m having problems with 2 files.
The chat.js file contains the size of only 26kbs and the file chat_1.png with 3.10kbs, what is the reason the site no matches these files? I tested files from the same URL and got no errors, can you explain what’s happening?

And also please remember that Chat Scripts are NOT allowed and it could result to account termination and can’t be reactivated cause you didn’t listen to the TOS that Chat Scripts are NOT ALLOWED
