Error when trying to request a SSL certificate

SSL certificate error: Let’s Encrypt encountered an error verifying the DNS settings of your domain name. Please double check your nameserver settings and try again later.

I’ve followed the instructions in How to get Free SSL (HTTPS) on InfinityFree - Docs - InfinityFree Forum using Let’s Encrypt, but I keep getting the status “Failed (code #2)”

Make sure nameservers are pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com

Try setting nameservers again

Looks like you have only added 1 Nameserver at Freenom, try to add both ns1.epizy.com & ns2.epizy.com .
Once both are added, wait for 15-60 minutes. Then go to InfinityFree Cpanel and approach to CNAME there, and both CNAME of Let’sEncrypt there.
