Hi, I’ve tried these steps recommended to fix this issue for users, unfortunately it hasn’t worked for me:
“Your session has expired, please log out of your control panel, then log back into the control panel, then click on ‘Online File manager’ to re-login”

"If this happens, you must:

  • Remove all cookies for http://185.27.134.9 (the file manager URL)
  • Remove all cookies for the control panel domain (e.g. cpanel.epizy.com or cpanel.rf.gd)
  • Login to your account again from the client area and then try to access the file manager."

These steps should be added to the error message to provide a better user experience.

What further steps do you recommend?
