As far as what I understand is that you want to create a file uploading website or a media file storage website like Dropbox?
If you are planning that, then you can’t since InfinityFree is a Web Hosting provider and is intended for hosting on personal, non-profit and small business websites
That script looks like the files are uploaded directly to their servers, so I don’t see any problem using that here. Using our website hosting for a file hosting service is not allowed, but you’re not doing that if you don’t upload the files to (or through) our servers.
