Followed instructions, accessed client area, them setup filezilla with ftp data. connect fails. Tried cli ftp with the same result. Help.

I hope you did not copy stars as a password
because there is a button to display a real pass

for the host use ftpupload.net
I do not know from where the “root” came
maybe is something what FTP client added
