Hi, I’m totally unable to connect to my website I’m building via the FTP.

The first page that come with a new registered client.
It shows:

and via Dreamweaver too I can’t login to my website or upgrade it.

I’m always using them trying to getting access to my website… should I tried something else? Thanks for your time!
