My domain is nmv7rit5.epizy.com
I tried to upload a file to ftp and get access denied error despite logging in and selecting file .zip to upload .
I also try from control panel
theuploadfailed: error during FTP upload, permission denied at : /duawo.epizy/…
Any idea what is happening.
Where are you uploading to?
You need to use the EXACT information that is in the “Client Area” under your account.
(before you even go into Cpanel)
It’s under “FTP Details” on the right side.
Make sure you also upload ONLY into the htdocs folder within FTP.
