Hi,
What do you mean about you would like to get your directory to your account? Do you mean you want to download your site files?

Well use an FTP software like Filezilla and move all your content to your computer or use a wordpress plugin that backup files in zip format.

i have tried it. but it seem to long to download even one directory.
I consider t contact forum supporty anyway…

But the point of problem is I cannot call the set on browser. can you give advice to my website can be call again through browser.
