i click on control panel use the login of the account details but can’t connect
error “We are unable to log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again 1” even i used them as provided

Please click the “Edit Account” button in the client area and change the account password. Wait about 5 minutes, then try the “Control Panel” button again.
