What you can do is extract the backup of your WordPress database, which should be a .sql file, and open it in a text editor like Notepad. That should show you all the contents of your database. By reading this file, you can check if any of your pages or posts are in it.

Alternatively, you could load the dump into another database (on your own computer, the hosting account you have with us, or somewhere else), and browse the database with phpMyAdmin to see if your posts and other content is there.
