You can download the site’s contents, or crawl them using a crawler, and upload them on the htdocs folder of the new account.
This looks like some kind of proprietary website builder, which means there is no easy way to migrate your website to somewhere else. You can use something like HTTrack to clone the website and upload the cloned contents here.
However, note that:
- You will not be able to bring your domain name with you. Free subdomains are always restricted to the provider which issues them.
- You will not be able to use a web builder to make changes to your site. Any future changes will probably need to be done by manually editing the HTML code.
If you intend to make any changes to your website in the future, I highly recommend to migrate your website content to an open platform like WordPress, which you can take with you if you ever need to migrate to another provider.
