I think you want to know that who created this website and how?
As per my knowledge whole infinity free service created by @Admin and i don’t have any idea for How
Servers, domains, nodes and much more.
They use iFastNet for some part of the hosting.
All the hosting is powered by iFastNet
Client area & forum is powered by (AFAIK) Digital Ocean
How Can I make my own?

That’s not something you can learn and make at once, You’ve to learn how to code, be in an age to be able to deal with problems regarding that.
