I wanna change my webmail picture but i don’t know how to can anyone help
Can you please clarify which webmail picture you mean? I just checked the webmail and I don’t see anything which I would explain as a profile picture.
like on google u can change ur picture so whenver u send mail the user can see that image beside your name

The only reason you can see pictures in Gmail is because Gmail has pictures (and a lot of people and companies use Gmail). Google can show profile pictures because they have a Google account of the person you’re talking to, and can fetch the picture of the account on the other end.
But that only works with Google. Email itself doesn’t have any profile pictures. So if you want to show a profile picture in Gmail, your only option is to create a Google account for it. And that would only work for Gmail, not for Outlook.com or any other email provider.
