I’m pretty sure you’ll need to code an app. Or use one of the sites which lets you make your site into a app but im pretty sure that it will not work if you dont have a GOOD internet connection and a fast site (you can do with freehosting but it will be slow asf)

Can you please be a bit more specific? There are a lot of sites out there that promise to be able to turn your website into a mobile app if that is what your asking.
Maybe she means google search console
