you also have a button to show the password

i know i am just copying and pasting it after making the password visible also i tried by writing it manually but the same thing

ok, to conclude
you can not do it with monstaFTP nor with filezilla

if the answer is yes

then we leave the problem to the admin
because it is possible that something is not synchronized

Response: 502 AUTH TLS OK.
Command: AUTH SSL
Error: Could not connect to server

can you please let me know why is this error happening?

can you please let me know why is this error happening?

All I can find about that error is that it seems to be caused by a faulty network on your end (bad firewall or NAT). You could try to get the network issue fixed or configure FileZilla to use Plain FTP instead (can be done through the Site Manager).

hello @Admin your previous suggestion simply eradicated the issue i was facing and i successfully uploaded all the files of my website through filezilla to the htdocs folder. but still now my website has the same coming soon page offered by infinityfree.net can you please help about this?

Please make sure the file you want as a home page is called index.html or index.php. If you call the file something else (e.g. home.html or welcome.php), then it won’t be served as the home page. Also, note that our servers, like almost all web hosting servers, are case sensitive (so INDEX.html and index.html are different pages).

when you did the unzip
then often the first folder has the same name as the zip file (or more)

It is up to you to enter so deeply (into the folders structure) until you reach the file called index.html (if that is a html template)

and then upload all files and subfolders from that location in htdocs
