550 Can’t create directory: Disk quota exceeded

Good morning everyone. I was uploading files to the FTP server, when the console gave me the error: “550 Can’t create directory: Disk quota exceeded”. I checked on the control panel but I still have 4gb of free space. How can I fix?

Have you exceeded the inode limit?

Not only size…number of files and folder also affect the limits…kindly check with it!
