How to install certbot on this?

What software is this using ?
Apache, Nginx??
And what type of system ?
Ubuntu , Debian ?
I don’t really know how to ask this.
Can someone help ?

I don’t think you can install Certbot on free hosting. Also, I would remember you to read this article if you are trying to get certificates from platforms based on Let’s Encrypt API without Certbot.
