how to refresh website

hello admin
I have a problem whenever I click back button of my browser old page comes back without refreshing so the content on the back remains. Same my website is totally HTML coded no php is there so which code should I use
meta tag or any different code(suggest me).

That’s controlled by your browser, not the website. In my experience, Chrome refresh esthe page when you click the back button, but Firefox does not. Because no matter what code you put on your site, if the browser won’t fetch the new page then it won’t fetch the new page.

Then your home URL is broken. That’s a problem with your website code, a hosting server doesn’t determine where a URL points to.
