How to set PHP Max Execution Time to 300 in PHP.ini

I need to set Max Execution Time to 300 in PHP.ini, I’ve tried in both .htaccess and config.php file of my website it didn’t affect. Can I do it is it possible?

Altering Php.ini isn’t possible in free hosting.

Also, it’s forbidden to set PHP maximum execution time to 300 on free hosting; it’s set to 20 to prevent abuse on their servers.
