There is a tutorial here that show, how to transfer emails from a cpanel to another one.
I am wondering to know, is it possible to do the same things with InfinityFree’s free account? Especially because there is no “etc” folder on the file manager in InfinityFree account.
cPanel stores emails in the mail directory in the hosting account. We store the emails on separate mail servers, not on the website servers.
This data store is not directly accessible and we don’t offer any method to attach external software to email accounts. So I’m sorry to say there is no way to migrate email to or from an email account on our hosting.
The premium hosting from iFastNet does use cPanel and offers IMAP support, so you can easily migrate your email there.
