I can’t enter Control Panel

I try to enter my control panel but I can’t it.

When I wrote my username and password to enter my control panel. It showed my this message:

**“We are unable to log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again 1” .

Hello! You can also click “Control Panel” button (the green one) in your website’s client area to automatically logged in to the control panel which is more easy.

Did you change your password through lost password option? If yes or no, please change the password through clientArea->your site account->settings.
