I cannot connect to FTP

I have 2 accounts.
“epiz_21140407” and “epiz_21172062”
I can connect to FTP of the account “epiz_21172062”, but
I cannot connect to FTP of the accaunts “epiz_21140407” (Connect to the BD is OK).
I changed password. But the result is the same.

Are you able to login to the control panel for epiz_21140407? And what is the exact error message you see when trying to connect to FTP?

Yes, I able to login to the control panel for epiz_21140407.
!!!
And now i CAN connect to FTP!!!
I don’t know that’s happened.

FTP access is only enabled after the first time you login to the control panel. By default, a login session is started in the background after you create your account which should allow you to connect to FTP immediately, but it doesn’t always work.
