I checked the MX records by digging the domain, and found that your domain is pointing to our Cloudflare cPanel integration, which breaks MX records and subdomains. If you want to receive emails, I suggest to disable the Cloudflare integration entirely from the cPanel and add the domain to Cloudflare directly after some hours.
