i cant recieve any email pleas help

i set my mx record in my domain to mx.epizy.com and priority 10 but i cant recieve any email so pleas admin help me i’m very very need to use the emails so pleas help

I’d like to help you, but I need a LOT more information to do so.

For starters:

  • What is your domain name?
  • Do you have Cloudflare enabled on the domain name (if so, disable it, because it breaks email).
  • What is the email address which does not work?
  • Is the email address a mailbox or a mail forwarder?
  • Which email service do you use to send the test email?
  • In case of a forwarder, which email service are you trying to forward to?
