Recently I have changed my phone. In my Infinity Free Hosting account was enable with 2FA but at the time of phone change i forgot to restore my code and now i am unable to LogIn again so please suggest me any idea or what I do ?

Sorry, without logging in to the client area, you cannot do so. Also, it should have been 60 days after your hosting account was deleted.
