I just upgrade my account but still suspended

I upgraded to premium hosting provided by iFastNet They import my website And then the account got unsuspended and i could enter my website after 10-15 min the account got suspended again and now my website is offline .

I’m confused. Was your account available for 15-20 minutes before it was suspended again? Or is that how long before it was available after the first time it was suspended when you upgraded.
