iFastNet down?

So for a while I have been trying to host a site but it keeps saying “Pending Creation” for longer than usual and my personal web hosting reseller on iFastNet also doesnt let me register

And I think for the free hosting, iFastNet is still doing maintenance on your server OR your IP is down…

You may be having troubles because FTP is down, and FTP is needed to create a new account. iFastNet is hopefully aware of the issue and fixing it.
