I’ve tried emailing the sales and abuse accounts, but it redirects you to the downed website. It’s been down since last night. I need to transfer my website to them. I’ve already paid. I don’t know what else to do.
Maybe you could try the iFastNet forum at http://byet.net? You’re more likely to get help with your iFastNet account at their own forum than our forum.
