What do you mean? There is a 10MB file size limit. If you have a Wordpress theme, it is most likely a zip which you can extract locally and upload with FileZilla.

Hello,
It is plugin Method that Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add new, search “Increase Max Upload File size” then activate and install the plugin.
Once you installed it, go to plugin settings and simply enter the value for upload size.
Now click the Save Changes button to apply the new upload size.

This does not work because of the 10MB file size limit enforced by server config. No Wordpress plug-in can increase this.
