FTP keeps on disconnecting …
is almost 1 weeks now …
can’t do any file uploading since …

is this the IP address ?
or ?? where do i get it ??

Yes, it is. But should only be used for FTP connections.

Yes, it is. But should only be used for FTP connections.

Now using the ** FTP HostName: ftp.epizy.com ** or even this 185.27.134.11
can’t get me connect to FTP.

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Given that the issue you replied to was solved by using the IP address instead of the DNS name and your problem isn’t, that’s very strong evidence that you don’t have the “same problem”. After all, if you did, then the solution would be the same as well.

As for your issue, can you please share the full connection log of FileZilla, rather than just the last message?

The problem was solved last week using the IP Address.
Only this morning, i tried again trying to upload a file.
Using either one of them won’t connect to server no more.

Thank you, that was the kind of logs I was hoping to see.

Because in these logs, you can see it’s not a network connection problem, but an authentication error which is giving you problems.

I also tested your FTP credentials to see if they were still correct, and it worked fine on my end.

So can you please double check you’re using the right credentials? Please make sure to use the password of your hosting account and not the client area, and double check that you didn’t accidentally copy-pasted any trailing spaces to the password.

Checked again and again …
everything are right …
no space in front neither behind …

Did the same thing before … it always connect .

anyway …
this time , i only need to upload a file …
can i do the file uploading at the file manager ??

nobody can advise ?

You can do it using the file manager. However, it is not advisable, especially when your files are large in size.
