Could not connect to the database, see error message below.

Connection refused

Hi, I am trying to install a phpBB3 forum and uploaded all the files with FTP.

Now it’s asking me for the complete path to the database file, and I get the above error message

Use Softaculous, it is easier.

It is free to install it with Softaculous. You can find it in the control panel.
