i need permission to store data in root directory
You can’t store data in the root directory (even if the software requires it) because of the open_basedir restriction. If your software wants to write data on the root directory please consider to upgrade to Premium Hosting as it offers many features or on the data directory chooser put htdocs/ossn_data/, overwriting ossn_data/ on the software’s data directory.
