Is there any way to activate MySQL create view feature?

SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1142 CREATE VIEW command denied to user 'epiz_24393606'@'192.168.2.184' for table 'email_list' I see a problem in updating the SQL database

I’m using this software: None

I uploaded all the files using WinSCP

I need this function in order to effectivly use the services. can you please advice me how to fix this issue ?
