Linking and FTP issues

My website URL is:http://oliverlaughton.epizy.com/

Currently I have two issues:

1. Linking
   Within my simple html page (index.html) I have a link to another file in the same folder

It fails - and I see an InfinityFree 404 page

The filename is correct

2. FTP
   Using FileZilla I cannot connect - I get a 530 - Login Authentication failed

The host & password is correct.

The host & password is correct.

If you used the Client Area password, you can’t login! The FTP password is your hosting account password, that can be found by logging into your Client Area, selecting the account on which you want to show the credentials, scrolling down to “Account Details” and clicking on “Show/Hide” to show the password.

No, this is not the case. There are (supposed to be) restrictions in place to make sure that your hosting account passwords can never be the same as your client area password. Hosting account passwords are used in many different places, which means they can’t be as strong and can’t be stored as securely as client area passwords.
