You can check if an IP is down by typing that IP into the address bar (browser) and visiting it

if you see it says “403 Forbidden” everything is fine
if you don’t see anything, it’s down (no response).

check the IP of your domain in the Client Area
and see if your DNS data in Cloudflare has the same IP (A record).

The IP assigned to you by the hosting must be the same on Cloudflare

I Dont know how to check my IP in DNS data to know that Cloudflare has the same IP.
I have opened my DNS (CNAME Records), i see this
