I did not like the attitude of you, my website took suspension, I ended up going unlit to the control panel, making it impossible to back up the database … So that means my work so far has gone to waste. Why can not you let me download my data?
It’s not their fault,
You might have done something wrong that their abuse system detected,
And suspended your account.
And also you should have review the TOS to ensure you don’t get suspended.
Just write a review to them to let them know to get a backup of your website! ?

Did you ask the account review staff if you could get backups?
