my website epiz_27518781 (Website for kud.epizy.com) is working fine but some of the pages are giving 403 forbidden error i have tried setting the file permission to 755 and also tried moving file to different directory bu it does’t worked at all.please help me with this issue error is with this directory - http://www.kud.epizy.com/chatroom (has index file and many files).

the problem is in the name
because it contains the word “chat” and it is forbidden on the server
Chat scripts are forbidden here so word “chat” (in file name) causing a security system to block it
(blacklist = error 403)
Please rename it to something else
and if you have live chat (scripts that use server resources instead of embed chat from a third party)
then it is forbidden in TOS
